Your VC Number is printed on your viewing card and shown on TV under Menu > My Account. Your Customer ID is available on your recharge SMS/receipts or by calling DishTV customer care.

No. The amount is pre-filled as per the selected pack price. Changing or paying a lower amount may result in the pack not getting activated.

The pack is activated immediately after a successful recharge. Please keep your set-top box switched on. If channels don't appear within 15-30 minutes, restart your set-top box.

You'll see a confirmation screen showing "Recharge Successful" and your activated pack name. You'll also receive an SMS confirmation on your RMN.

Don't worry - failed transactions are auto-reversed to your payment source, typically within 5–7 working days. If not received, contact DishTV customer care with your transaction ID.

Restart your set-top box and wait 30 minutes. If the pack is still not active, contact DishTV customer care with your VC Number and recharge details.

The pack is valid for one month from activation. To continue keep your account in active state and recharge your account regularly.
