DishTV Terms and Conditions, Warranty, User Agreement

1. This is an IDU only offer @ Rs.999 applicable only for new acquisitions made through website
2. An additional amount of Rs.500 will be charged for the Outdoor Unit (ODU), over and above the IDU cost.
3. Instant Cashback benefit worth Rs.500 will be credited to the DTH account upon successful activation.
4. Dish Smart+ Benefits: If the customer selects a pack priced above ₹200, the Dish Smart+ Benefit will apply, under which the customer will receive access to 5+1 OTT apps as part of their subscription. OTT App available as per configuration of the Company.
5. Customers can select any pack of their choice from the available options on the Dish TV/d2h platform at the time of activation.
6. Offer includes a 1-year service warranty.
7. Get an additional ₹100 off on online payments made via the official DishTV/d2h website.
8. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

This is a limited period bundled offer with ODU wherein the subscriber will eligible for the given HD pack for 1 month.
2. Within this period, the subscriber shall not be entitled to change the pack opted at the time of availing the offer.
3. Month is equivalent for 30 days.
4. In case, the subscriber wishes to avail any additional channels/services, the subscriber shall be required to additionally pay the applicable charges.
5. This cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
6. With this offer, the subscriber shall be eligible for Dishtv SMART (a combined offer of OTT Apps & TV channels) under which the subscriber shall be entitled to 6 OTT apps at no extra cost for the initial period of 1 months. After this period, continuance of the apps shall be subject to recharge amount >= Rs.200/-. Availability of OTT Apps shall be subject to availability of the apps and also at the discretion of the Company.

This is an HD Box (ODU) offer.
2. HD connection (IDU) is also available at Rs.2599 where the total and instant cash back amount shall be Rs.3600 & Rs.1000 respectively.
3. The balance cashback amount shall be credited to DTH account of the subscriber subject to subscriber recharging the DTH connection and upon such recharges an amount equivalent to 10% of the total recharge amount shall be credited to the DTH account of the subscriber.
4. Service Warranty is subject to the service policy of the Company (1st year – Technician visit+ STB Alignment @no cost, 2nd & 3rd year- only technician visits @no cost).
5. Availability of OTT 6 OTT Apps is subject to recharge amount >= Rs.200/-. Any SD/HD/Hybrid pack can be availed against the cashback which if subscribed at a recharge amount of >= Rs.200/- becomes eligible for DishTV SMART+ (a combined offer of OTT Apps & TV channels). Availability of OTT Apps shall be at the discretion of the Company.
6. Month refers to a period of 30 days.
